Start with the same unit details
Record the project, configuration, floor, facing, condition and possession information. Two units in the same society can still be different offers.
Write down the area basis
Ask whether the quoted area is carpet area, built-up area or another measure. Do not compare per-square-foot rates without understanding the area used.
Request the cost breakdown
Ask for a written list of what is included, what is additional and which figures are estimates. Record payment dates and any offer conditions.
Date your comparison
Availability and quoted terms can change. Record when each quote was provided and who can confirm it.
Keep unanswered questions visible
A missing answer is not a zero cost or a confirmed feature. Ask the relevant party to clarify it before treating the comparison as complete.
This guide helps you organise questions. It is not a property-specific valuation, legal opinion or recommendation to buy.
